Go and take a look - Mountain Ash in Windermere

24th July 2007 Print
Mountain Ash Most people who live or work in or around Windermere will have heard of, and probably driven past, Charles Church’s Mountain Ash development at some point. Most of these people will probably have an opinion on the development, yet the majority won’t have actually stepped foot inside to see what it’s all about.

Because of this, Charles Church is opening the doors of Mountain Ash to local businesses and residents of Windermere as well as current occupants of the apartments, so that people can come and see for themselves why Charles Church is the name on the finest homes.

Between 6pm and 8.30pm on Friday, July 27th, the doors to Mountain Ash will be thrown wide open. Visitors will be invited to enjoy some of the local produce which will be served as refreshments. They’ll also automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a hamper bursting with local produce.

Of course, experienced sales executives will be on hand to give tours of the show apartment as well as offer advice and answer any questions.

Mountain Ash is an exclusive development of just 19 luxurious and spacious two and three bedroom apartments situated in the heart of the Lake District. The apartments are set against a glorious backdrop and have panoramic views across Windermere.

Attention to detail is paramount, with each apartment having the highest specification. Kitchens are fitted with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as an oven and hob and chimney style extractor hood. Bathrooms have Roca sanitary ware and chrome fittings. Elsewhere you’ll find landscaped gardens and a secure door entry system.

The apartments at Mountain Ash are also subject to a local occupancy clause which means that people who buy at the development have to either have a permanent job in Cumbria or have lived there for at least three years.

If you are intrigued then visit Mountain Ash on Friday July 27th to find out more. Alternatively, visit from Friday to Monday between 10.30am and 5.30pm, or visit Charleschurch.com.
