Every house has a silver lining in Selby

25th May 2007 Print
CGI of The Gatcombe house type Silver will be the colour of the weekend when the spectacular showhome at Charles Church’s Staynor Hall development in Selby officially opens its doors to the public on Saturday and Sunday 2nd and 3rd June.

The grand opening will have a silver theme, to coincide with Charles Church’s Three Year Security Hallmark Plan which is currently running at the development. Purchasers who make a reservation will be presented with a £250 gift voucher for local Selby jewellers Rowen Jewellers on completion, there will be a charity prize draw to win £250 of vouchers for prestigious firm The Silver Company and there will be champagne and canapés for everyone who attends.

The Three Year Hallmark Security Plan has been introduced by Charles Church to take the uncertainty out of buying a house and meeting mortgage repayments. Collin Willets, Charles Church Yorkshire Sales Manager, explains the innovative plan: “With current rising interest rates, we can guarantee a fixed mortgage for 3 years at 3.99%. Furthermore with fears of redundancy and inability to pay the mortgage due to sickness or accident, we can also guarantee mortgage payments should these occur.

“We believe this is a fantastic scheme which should not be missed by prospective purchasers. I would strongly recommend a visit to Staynor Hall to find out more about this plan from our sales team.”

Staynor Hall is a an exclusive development of three, four and five bedroom family homes located in a residential location just south of Selby town centre and only 14 miles from York.

The showhome is The Gatcombe housetype; it is an imaginatively designed three bedroom home located over three storeys. There is an integral garage on the ground floor as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and open plan living and dining room. The first floor has two bedrooms and a family bathroom and the second floor is dedicated to the master suite, which has a dressing area and en-suite facilities.

Visit the showhome on Saturday and Sunday 2nd and 3rd June to find out more. Prices at Staynor Hall range from £187,995 to £349,885 and the sales office is open daily between 11am and 6pm.
