Part-exchange weekend at Thorntree Vale

18th September 2007 Print
Arlington kitchen diner George Wimpey North Yorkshire is hosting a special weekend event for buyers interested in part-exchanging their current property for a stunning new home at Thorntree Vale, the housebuilder’s development in Thornaby. Taking place on September 22nd and 23rd, the event will provide buyers with the opportunity to discuss all aspects of the part exchange process and receive advice on taking the next steps up the property ladder.

A buffet and refreshments will be served on both days between 12pm and 3pm.

Alison Deakin, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey North Yorkshire, said: “As well as removing the stress of being in a chain, part-exchange buyers can remain comfortably in their current property until their new home is ready for them to move straight in. No worries, no hassle.

“But while homebuyers are often interested in the concept of part-exchange for these very reasons, many worry unnecessarily that the process may be complicated or confusing.

“The part-exchange event at Thorntree Vale will provide a valuable opportunity for such buyers to find out just how simple part-exchange can be, with experts on hand to answer any questions they may have in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.”

The part-exchange offer at Thorntree Vale, which features a range of properties including two bedroom apartments, two bedroom mews homes, three bedroom terraced homes, and four bedroom, three storey townhouses, is available on selected plots at the development.

Houses currently available with part-exchange include the four bedroom, three storey Arlington townhouse.

Available to view as a show home, the ground floor of the Arlington features a kitchen with breakfast area and French doors that open out into the rear garden. On the first floor there is a large living room, one bedroom and a family bathroom. The second floor consists of three bedrooms including en-suite to the spacious master bedroom. Prices start at £182,000 with a single integral garage.

Thorntree Vale is located on Master Road, Thornaby, and caters for people on all stages of the property ladder, from first time buyers to those looking for the perfect family home.

As well as being located near a range of shops and other local amenities, the development’s Thornaby location means it will also benefit significantly from regeneration work underway designed to transform the town centre into one of North Yorkshire’s top shopping venues.

Thorntree Vale is also close to Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough and is only a short drive from the A19 and A66, offering commuters good access to the A1 motorway.

Prices at Thorntree Vale start at £121,000. For more information call into the sales information centre on Master Road which is open seven days a week, between 11.30am and 5.30pm.
