Move in for £99 at Willow Gardens

4th April 2008 Print
Move in for £99 at Willow Gardens Bryant Homes is taking the stress out of buying a new property at Willow Gardens, the developer’s Stockton site, with a range of schemes to help homeowners get on and move up the property ladder. One such scheme is the ‘Move in for £99’ initiative which sees Bryant take much of the financial strain out of buying a property by paying the 5% deposit, stamp duty and £500 towards legal costs, leaving the purchaser to find just a £99 reservation fee.

For those who have already saved for a new home, the package will free up funds when buyers need it most, whilst for others, the financial help could mean being able to buy their first home sooner than they had anticipated.

One of the houses available under the scheme is the three bedroom Wessex.

To the ground floor the Wessex features a modern kitchen and a spacious family reception room which opens up through French doors onto a private rear garden. Moving up a level, a large family bathroom can be found off the central landing, together with three good sized bedrooms, the master benefiting from both en-suit facilities and useful fitted wardrobe space. The Wessex is available from just £139,950.

Maria Gatehouse, regional sales manager for Bryant Homes, said: “A number of properties at Willow Gardens are available under the £99 scheme but we expect the Wessex to prove one of the most popular options, thanks to its size, style and of course price!”
Willow Gardens is not just about great properties though, it also has a great deal to offer in terms of location. Local amenities are available in Stockton including banks, shops and a market, while further a field Teeside Retail Park has a good range of larger shops and food stores. The delights of Newcastle’s Metro Centre are also only a train ride away.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the development’s location also holds significant appeal given its proximity to nearby Tees Forest and Billingham Beck Valley Country Park. The River Tees is ideal for water sports and budding sailors, while Norton Golf Course should help keep keen golfers happy.

Of course an essential for any family orientated development is good local schooling. Once again Willow Gardens delivers, with well-regarded Whitehouse Primary, Our Lady & St. Bede and Bishopsgarth School only a short drive away.

Situated just twenty miles from Darlington and Middlesbrough and close to the A1, A19 and A66, Willow Gardens is also well positioned for commuters. For rail travel, Stockton-on-Tees station offers timetabled services and travel abroad is easy with Durham Tees Valley Airport only eight miles away.
