Gladedale supports local mountain rescue team

Gladedale supports local mountain rescue team Primo by Gladedale is supporting the Cleveland Search and Rescue Team in the redevelopment of its site in the North East England by donating palisade fencing, which has been used at its local ‘The Laurels' development in Grangetown, Middlesbrough.

Cleveland Search and Rescue Team is one of over 60 highly trained and well equipped Mountain Rescue Teams in the country. Its 50 volunteer members are able to reach any part of their area quickly and efficiently, dealing with incidents ranging from lost walkers to severely injured casualties.

Primo by Gladedale has become an integral part of the local community and has created much-needed quality housing at its The Laurels development located just off Grange Farm Road in Grangetown, Middlesbrough.

John Bollands, Chairman of Cleveland Search and Rescue Team, said: "We are a voluntary service and total dependent upon help and support from the local community. Primo by Gladedale's help is therefore really appreciated and with this fencing we are able to section the land at our new site."

Andrew Dinsley, Primo by Gladedale's Site Manager at The Laurels, said: "The Cleveland Search and Rescue Team provides safety for people wanting to explore the surrounding countryside and Primo by Gladedale is pleased to be able to help such an important community service."

The Laurels comprises a selection of 40 homes including two and three bedroom mews and semi-detached as well as three bedroom detached family houses and each of the house types is designed with a traditional sense of quality and value, breathing new life into the area.
