Modern family living made easy Buyers interested in that dream townhouse in Northallerton will find it easier than ever to get their hands on one of George Wimpey North Yorkshire's newly released Arlington family homes at the house builder's popular Forrester Park development.

Another deal available is the £99 and move in scheme, which sees George Wimpey take much of the financial strain of buying a first home by paying the 5% deposit, stamp duty and £500 towards legal costs, leaving the purchaser to find just a £99 reservation fee.

Forrester Park is located on Springwell Lane in Northallerton, set between the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors. Northallerton's High Street has a range of local amenities which service the surrounding rural villages.

A wealth of leisure facilities in the area includes a riding school, the nearby Romanby Golf & Country Club and Northallerton Rugby Club. Other recreational activities local to the development are stately homes, railways, abbeys, caves, farms and even a brewery.
