Just a few two bedroom apartments remain for sale at the Broadway West development with prices starting from just £75,995. For that price, customers at G2 Redcar can own their home outright without any shared ownership or deferred payments.

G2 brand director Fraser Thomson explains: “G2 is absolutely committed to helping young people get a foot on the property ladder and the popularity of our Redcar development shows that there is a real need for this type of property.

“Although the one bedroom apartments are now all sold out, the two bedroom properties we have left at the development offer outstanding value and are well within the reach of many young people and key workers in the Redcar area.”

G2 Redcar is a development of 36 one and two bedroom apartments. Customers who have already bought a G2 property include young people who have been living in rented accommodation or with parents or who have even sleeping on a friend’s sofa.
