Plumber makes a water-tight investment

Chris says: "After living in a renovated one-bedroom cottage we were eager to move to a bigger property that was still in easy reach of family and friends who live nearby.
"We were delighted when we found Mulberry Grange as it had everything we were looking for, including a leafy location and available amenities in the nearby village of Hambleton.
"My company's regional offices are in Leeds, so when not onsite I tend to be based there. Therefore it's great to come home in the evening to a peaceful area and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of the city."
Originally from South Milford, Chris works as a supervisor for John n Dunn Group, which is contracted by Redrow to undertake the plumbing jobs at Mulberry Grange, and other developments in Yorkshire. Not just limited to the Hambleton venture,
Chris's has also worked at Oak Glen, in Gilstead, and he is more than happy with what he has experienced.
He continues: "As I've worked on a number of Redrow sites I know first hand how well the homes are built so I was very happy and confident buying one for our home."
Chris and police community support officer, Amanda, have settled into the three-bedroom, three -storey ‘Malham' townhouse that features a kitchen/dinning room complete with family area, on the ground floor and a lounge and bedroom on the first floor. Two further bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom can be found on the upper level.
Living life over three floors initially was not in the plans for the couple, but four months in they wouldn't have it any other way. Amanda says: "It was a little different moving from a cottage into a three-storey home but now we have adapted and love living it - at least keeps us fit running up the stairs.
Mulberry Grange, situated on Station Road, will eventually feature two, three and four-bedroom properties in the stunning location that is Hambleton; a village that's surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the historic market town of Selby.
