Miller creates its own peak in Buxton

Miller creates its own peak in Buxton Miller Homes East Midlands is making it easier for people to move and the proof is there, with sales of properties at its fantastic Buxton development, Heritage View, bucking national trends.

Thanks to its new MiWay home ownership scheme and its flexible Part-Exchange scheme, Miller Homes has been able to delight several new homeowners by enabling them to take up residence at Heritage View.

Lisa Cantrell, who moved to Heritage View a month ago with her husband, said: "The properties at Heritage View were breathtaking and this was complemented by the Part-Exchange scheme offered by Miller."

Under its Part-Exchange scheme, there is no chain and no need for a bridging loan. This hassle-free option to buying also cuts advertising costs, home information pack fees and estate agent fees, which all add to the strain when buying that perfect home.

Craig Shore took possession of his new home at Heritage View just a couple of weeks ago. He said: "The location at Heritage View is outstanding. It's situated next to Buxton and you are still surrounded by countryside.

"Anyone who is looking to buy a new home in a brilliant location should come and look at Heritage View and talk to the sales advisors about the MiWay scheme - it helped me by making my perfect house achievable."

Miller's MiWay scheme provides the perfect solution for buyers wanting more for their money. Buyers only pay 75 per cent of the purchase price at the time of buying.

The scheme offers to share some of the risk should house prices fall. When the loan term is up, the amount repayable will depend on the open market valuation at that time. Therefore, the remaining 25 per cent - whatever the property's value.

Miller Homes is also able to provide buyers with a zero per cent APR loan for the remaining 25 per cent, which is only repayable when the house is sold or transferred, or after 10 years, whichever comes soonest.

Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, said: "Even though moving home can be exciting, many people find the pressures associated with it to be difficult. This is why we try to make it as easy as possible for buyers of new homes.

"Heritage View is in a great location in the heart of the Peak District and we believe that as this area is a holiday destination, visitor levels have increased through this season and the beautiful homes, location and good range of buyer options has led to this sales peak."

There are still a selection of four and five-bedroomed houses and a selection of luxury apartments for sale at Heritage View, including The Elliot, a five-bedroomed detached property.

This elegantly proportioned, double fronted, three-storey house boasts a large kitchen/breakfast room overlooking an ample rear garden, feature bays to the dining room and a large lounge area making it a perfect family home.
