Homebuyers are beating a path to The Chase in Ingleby Barwick, where Barratt sales adviser Kelly Phillips has sold five new homes in the last four weeks. They are bucking the national trend of slowing sales to take advantage of discounts and money-saving deals on a range of 3 and 4-bedroom family homes in this popular residential area.
