Sales are booming at Steeplechase, George Wimpey Yorkshire’s popular Selby development, with 15 homes already sold this year and many more homebuyers keen to register their interest on a daily basis.

The development has only three Theakston, three-storey homes remaining for completion this year, with a waiting list for more four bedroom properties next year.

George Wimpey sales and marketing director Anne Bagshaw said: “Business has been brisk in recent months with many buyers keen to take advantage of the improving property climate.
