Cash boost for new school

The £500 donation from Charles Church, which was presented to Year one and two pupils at the start of the month, has been put aside to buy a Wendy house and other outside equipment to enhance learning. The Wendy house will be used by children at the school to help develop their social and physical skills as well as in role-play.
Fairfield Park Lower School, which currently has 65 pupils aged between three and seven years old, opened on September 5. It was built for the children who live in Fairfield Park, which has around 900 homes from different housebuilders including Charles Church.
Karen Howard, Sales Manager for Charles Church North London, says: “Charles Church always likes to give something back to the community in which it is building. As Charles Church is currently developing at Fairfield Park, we wanted to make a contribution. A lot of the people who are buying Charles Church homes at the development have children which they will be sending to the school, so we thought it would be apt to make a contribution to the school.
“We wish the school and its pupils all of the very best of luck and look forward to working with them in the future.”
Fairfield Park is a luxury Charles Church development offering a wide selection of family homes, located in a mature parkland setting. Not only has the housebuilder donated money to the local school, it is also offering some generous incentives to prospective purchasers including stamp duty paid and legal fees paid. Carpets are also included in some of the homes.
Fairfield Park is well placed within Bedfordshire and on the border Hertfordshire. The development itself, once complete, will have its own local shop, children’s play areas, a community school and a lower school – Fairfield Park Lower School. The development is also just 11 miles from Luton, 15 miles from Bedford and 20 miles from Milton Keynes.
Prices at Fairfield Park range from £189,995 and £549,995. Visit the show home and marketing suite, open daily from 10am and 6pm for more details or visit Charleschurch.com.
