Barratt Northampton has launched the ‘don’t forget your toothbrush’ campaign at Canterbury Court in Flitwick – which includes a free modern furnishing pack on selected apartments. Two bedroom apartments currently available come with a comprehensive range of furniture and fittings, leaving the only item needed to move in being a toothbrush, coining the promotion.

The packs not only include essential items like sofas, a coffee table, beds and wardrobes, but extras like wall pictures, cushions and lamp shades.

Emma Harper, sales negotiator, said: “First-time buyers can take advantage of this offer as they don’t need to find additional funds to furnish the home – and they’ll love the look – it’s very up-to-the-minute.”

Buyers can see how inclusive the package is by touring a two bedroom Ullswater apartment, styled in one of two pack options available, which offers a distinctive dark brown look.
