A good time to buy new?

21st July 2008 Print
A good time to buy new? Bloor Homes reports that now is a great time to buy one of the remaining homes at Cassell Heights, in Stopsley, where the developer is offering part exchange, subject to certain qualifying criteria on the last four properties there.

"Part exchange schemes offer people a hassle free sale without the worry of finding a buyer for their old home. This takes the stress out of moving, which is great if you've got a young family," says Connells New Homes Manager, Lisa Shiell.

The development of 14 houses has proven popular with local people wanting modern low maintenance living. The remaining 2 four bedroom and 2 five bedroom houses have been built to a high specification and are ready to move into now. They will include integrated appliances and an en-suite shower room to two bedrooms.

"New homes are designed to meet the needs of the modern buyer and provide more flexible living space compared to older homes. They can also help to save you money on fuel bills as they are more energy efficient, offering a higher standard of living and a better lifestyle", says Lisa Shiell.

Cassell Heights is in a good location in Stopsley, convenient for Luton town centre, local amenities, facilities and schools. There are local road and rail links including the M1 and A6 and trains from Luton to London Kings Cross taking just over an hour. For those travelling further afield London Luton Airport is 4 miles away by car.

The four bedroom houses are priced at £359,950 and the five bedroom houses £469,950. For more information on Cassell Heights or the part exchange schemes available, visit the branch on Hitchin Road.
