Fairfield Park to unveil new show home for Easter Stamford Homes is continuing to ‘wow’ visitors to its Fairfield Park development, with plans to unveil a new three-storey showhome. The fabulous four-bedroom Kempston family home will open its doors to the public during the weekend of 4 and 5 April.

This is the latest in a growing portfolio of home designs at the prestigious Fairfield Park, which lies on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border.

The Kempston is a flexible home with its living, dining and entertaining space spread over three floors. The kitchen / dining area, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom and utility room make up the ground floor.

A spacious lounge and master bedroom with ensuite can be found on the first floor, along with bedroom/study – offering flexibility and versatility.

The remaining two bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the second floor. The showhome is currently priced at £265,000 – but Stamford Homes can offer a great incentive to customers through its 75/25 scheme.

The innovative cost-curbing 75/25 scheme allows the customer to reserve the home of their choice, and ensuring that legal completion is within a specified timescale, Stamford Homes will pay the remaining 25 per cent by means loan, to be paid off in up to 10 years.

And with no deposit required 75/25 has already proved hugely popular with first time buyers as well as customers looking to upsize their home.

Fairfield Park offers a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes to suit a range of styles and budgets.

Visitors to the open weekend will also be invited to enter a free prize draw for a delicious Thornton’s Easter egg,

The development is open seven days a week from 10.30am until 5pm. For more information, visit Stamford-homes.co.uk.
