e-GoodManners announces enhancements for 2009
e-GoodManners, the UK’s leading sales lead management company and part of Manheim Retail Services, is enhancing its software for 2009 with the introduction of two new suites: Deal Optimiser and Telephony. Optimiser is an online vehicle pricing module that configures the deal to maximise profitability and Telephony is a fully integrated customer communications suite. With a direct link to CAP data, e-GoodManners currently features a full online vehicle configurator allowing users to build and cost a vehicle from within the e-GoodManners application. However, to complement the configurator, the full Deal Optimiser suite allows the business manager working in tandem with the sales person to shape and prepare the deal. Optimiser also features a finance calculator which calculates the profit in each deal and a full Experian gold check.
The new Telephony suite will help sales staff improve conversion rates with telephone prospects. Although most sales staff do not value telephone enquiries as much as walk-in showroom enquiries, research shows that genuine prospects are just as likely to buy, regardless of the initial method of contact. The new Telephony suite provides automated recording of all inbound and outbound calls and links the sound file to the customer record. Conversations can subsequently be reviewed and advice and coaching provided to improve test drive and appointment rates. In addition, the integration of number recognition software means that the customer record is automatically displayed as soon as the caller’s number is recognised, significantly enhancing the overall customer experience.
Alan Hazelhurst, Managing Director of e-GoodManners added: “These latest enhancements to e-GoodManners’ technology will help our clients to maximise their sales potential. In a time of slow sales, dealers need a competitive advantage to convert as many prospects as possible and I believe that Optimiser and Telephony will give our clients that competitive advantage.”
e-GoodManners enables dealer staff to manage vehicle enquiries by providing data capture of showroom and telephone traffic, which encourages best practice in the sales process, including the follow-up of every customer entered into the system. This results in increased levels of test drives and subsequent potential increase in sales. The key feature of the system is a full contact management suite that ensures constant, effective contact with prospects and produces valuable reports from sales analysis to marketing effectiveness. In addition to the 1,500 car dealers already using the system in the UK, e-GoodManners also provides support for dealers in Australia, Germany, Greece, Cyprus, Ireland and South Africa.
