Miller delight at early sales in Kidderminster

Miller Homes has kick started its long awaited launch of the Badger's Dene development in Kidderminster with two sales in the first two weeks. The Franchise Street scheme represents a renewed investment in the town by the current Housebuilder of the Year following the success of their Willowhall Court development on Hoo Road.

Both sales came on the back of a successful launch event, held in the newly finished showhome, with local househunters invited to enjoy an evening of wine and nibbles whilst exploring the impressive new properties. The buyers were both so impressed with Badger's Dene that they put in offers within a fortnight of their first visit.

Badger's Dene has 11 three and four bedroom homes available in the first release, with prices starting from £199,950.

The construction of the site is being led by double awarding winning site manager, Lyndon Bennett, who has twice earned accolades for building high quality developments by industry body NHBC (National House Building Council) and assistant site manager David Thompson.

Experienced sales advisers Michelle Hill and Helen Kington are heading up the Badger's Dene development and are thrilled to have had such a great start.
