Family premiere at Malvern Vale

Paul and Vanessa wanted to bring up their family in a brand new property and began the search for their dream home back in February 2008. They had been living in a two bedroom mid-terraced house and were looking for more space and a bigger garden.
Very quickly, the couple found a mid-terraced townhouse at Malvern Vale, which met all of their purchasing criteria. Paul said: "We'd already fallen in love with the Leicester design at another of Persimmon's developments, and when one became available in the area we were looking to move to, we knew that moving here would be right for us.
"We bought a three/four bedroom Leicester design, which has ample room for both Vanessa and I as well as our young children. We even use the fourth bedroom as a study and games room.
"What made the decision to move to a new house even easier was that Persimmon kindly offered to part exchange our existing property, which not only helped us financially, but also removed the stresses involved with having to sell our home."
Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands believes that the wide variety of homes available at Malvern Vale are perfect for small and growing families like Paul and Vanessa and their two children.
She states: "It's great to welcome Vanessa, Paul and their boys to Malvern Vale, which I believe will fast become one of our most popular developments to date, due to it's excellent location and the competitively priced beautiful homes on offer."
Inside, the three bedroom property of the Everitt's comprises a lounge, a modern kitchen and dining room which are ideal for entertaining and relaxing, WC. On the first floor there are two sizeable bedrooms a family bathroom and bedroom four/study room, while the second floor hosts the luxury master bedroom, which includes the en suite.
Visitors to the development can view the Leicester housetype, which has been transformed into Persimmon's sumptuous showhome on site.
Vanessa adds: "We never envisaged becoming the first people to move to the development and actually feel quite privileged. The staff at Persimmon have helped to make our move seamless and stress free and have also given us vital information that we could have easily overlooked, we just wouldn't have received this sort of customer service if we'd bought second hand."
Paul and Vanessa are looking forward to welcoming new neighbours to the development very soon.
Prices at Malvern Vale range from £119,995 for a two bedroom apartment to £299,995 for a four/five bedroom property. The development is situated within the Malvern Hills, in Leigh Sinton Road, a short drive from Worcester, and offers good access to the M5.
