Charles Church makes commitment to Malvern When choosing a location to create a beautiful new housing development, Charles Church, the finest homebuilder in the South Midlands, selects only the best, with sought-after kerb appeal as standard, which is why the company has launched its latest development, Malvern Vale, in the town.

To celebrate the launch of the development and its sumptuous four bedroom Oakdale showhome, Charles Church is hosting a ‘Step into Spring’ open weekend commencing Saturday 7th March until the 8th.

Alison Reading, sales director for Charles Church, states: “We’re launching our sumptuous showhome, styled with rich shades of raspberry and chocolate, with a Spring-themed weekend to enable those looking for fresh new surroundings this season to find the property of their dreams.”

On Saturday 7th from 11am until 4pm, local celebrity chef, Jill Bunn, will be giving cookery demonstrations from the showhome’s beautiful kitchen and visitors will be treated to a quintessential English spread while they look around the enviable interior design scheme.

Malvern Vale, which when complete will consist of just 47 select two, three and four bedroom homes in a range of styles including traditional two storey properties, contemporary townhouses and unique coach houses. Prices for the development are to be released shortly.

Alison adds: “We are really excited to open our exquisite development in Malvern, which we received a lot of interest for even before the launch due to the homes inspiring external façades, versatile layouts and the development’s overall appeal.”

All the homes being constructed at Charles Church’s Malvern Vale development are being built to the company’s exacting standards, with several properties boasting stylish wooden external façades, detailed brick work and many include feature balconies, built in keeping with the local area.

She continues: “We have designed Malvern Vale around a number of small cul de sacs, making it a peaceful place to call home without the worry of through traffic. We have also incorporated a selection of mature trees, public open space and a feature pond area for residents to enjoy.”

“I expect the development to become a success with a number of purchaser groups including first time buyers as well as young and growing families due to the selection of homes available and the attractiveness of the site,” concludes Alison.

Malvern Vale is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Malverns, giving residents picturesque views of the hills. The historic town centre is just a short drive away and hosts a wide range of amenities including local and high street shops, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities.

For those wanting to travel further afield Worcester, Tewkesbury and Birmingham are just a short distance away via either the M5 or by mainline train from Malvern’s own station.
