Competitively priced new homes in Worcester When Persimmon Homes South Midlands selects a new area to develop, the company carefully considers the best location with the right mix of homes build with excellent kerb appeal and this is certainly the case at the homebuilder’s Hamilton Grange development in Worcester, as there are now just four properties remaining.

“Hamilton Grange has proved popular with a range of purchasers, from young to established families due to our range of three and four bedroom housetypes on offer,” comments Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands.

She adds: “Even though we’re down to our last four properties, there are two differing styles to choose from so our purchasers are still able to find the right family home to suit them.”

Prices at the development start from £274,995 for the contemporary L-shaped Richmond housetype. In addition to the competitively priced homes, on selected plots Persimmon is offering to pay the Stamp Duty and plot 30 even comes complete with carpets, ceramics and a fast movers discount for those able to exchange contracts within 28 days.

Alison concludes: “The Powderham and Richmond designs have been popular choices among househunters at a number of our developments, which is why I don’t expect our last remaining homes at Hamilton Grange to remain on tour portfolio for long.”

Hamilton Grange benefits from a fantastic green location next to the river Severn. Situated in the popular residential area of Broomhall, it offers easy access to the M5 linking to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Birmingham.
