Charles Church slashes prices in Wales

The renowned house builder Charles Church has recognised that people are concerned about the housing market right now. With interest rates constantly on the increase, the introduction of HIPS for homes with three or more bedrooms and house prices rising at a higher rate than inflation, people are worried about committing to a mortgage and making monthly repayments.
