With interest rates constantly on the increase, the introduction of HIPS for homes with three or more bedrooms and house prices rising at a higher rate than inflation, people are worried about committing to a mortgage and making monthly repayments.

With this in mind, and for a limited period only, has decided to slash the prices of homes at all of its developments, in an attempt to make the luxury lifestyle more attainable.

Kath Faull, Sales and Marketing Director, says: “Right across the board, at every development, we have slashed prices on certain homes. We are urging purchasers to go back and revisit any developments they may have visited in the past as well as people who have not been to a Charles Church development before. With price reductions of between £5,000 and almost £30,000 on certain plots, buying a luxury Charles Church home is now even more affordable than you might think.”

Charles Church homes are well known for being finished to the highest of standards and being equipped with products of the highest specification. When Charles and Susanna laid the foundations of their first home in 1965 they were doing more than building a desirable residence. They were turning their vision of the perfect home into a benchmark for quality and a legacy for future generations to appreciate. All throughout southern Wales this legacy is there, so purchasers can see for themselves why Charles Church is the name on the finest homes.

At Bryncleddau in Caerphilly, plot 52 – The Cambridge – has been reduced by more than £7,000 and is now priced at just £187,500 and includes carpets fitted throughout.

The Cambridge is a three storey, three bedroom home which would make the ideal base for a young family or couple. The ground floor is home to a kitchen and lounge/dining room, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and the second floor is dedicated to a master suite with dressing room and en-suite facilities.

Prices at Bryncleddau start at £187,500. Visit one of the three show homes, open daily between 10.30am and 5.30pm, or go online at Charleschurch.com for more details.
