Redrow launches new show home in Ystrad Mynach It’s been a cleverly guarded secret until now but Redrow Homes will unwrap its new show home in Ystrad Mynach on April 11 and 12, showcasing a brand new lifestyle concept for the housebuilder.

Award-winning Redrow is launching an all-new specification across the country and South Wales is one of the first regions to reap the benefits. Cwm Calon, in Ystrad Mynach, is the latest development where the beautiful new designs will be unveiled. The exact details of this particular show home, which has literally been kept under wraps, will remain a mystery until it opens its doors.

Luly Brice, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: “Putting our customers’ needs first is imperative right now. In a challenging housing market we recognise the importance of putting ourselves ahead of the competition, and the new specification we are about to unveil does just that.

“At a time when other housebuilders may be looking towards cost-cutting measures, we have invested a huge amount of time, money and effort in getting our homes just right. But homebuyers will have to visit the new show home to see exactly what we’ve done.”

Cwm Calon is a picturesque community, with its gently curving roads and high quality homes in a village environment. Nearby there are a variety of shops and services including banks, building societies and supermarkets. There is also a new bi-lingual primary school.

A new link road provides direct access to the A470 contributing to an easy commute to Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and Bristol. The train station is also nearby, with a regular service to the capital within 20 minutes and links to the UK network.

There are currently one, three and four-bedroom homes available priced from just £61,500 to £219,995.

To discover Redrow’s impressive new show home, visit Cwm Calon on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April between 10am and 5pm. Alternatively, log on to Redrow.co.uk.
