23rd August 2007 Print
From first time buyers to families, a major new Barratt Homes development will provide new opportunities for house seekers looking to move into Cardiff’s sought after Radyr area.

The company’s phenomenally successful iPad apartments, are already available at the Vale Meadows site and a range of further two, three and four bedroom homes will be launched on August 31.

Barratt Homes Sales Director Sandra Dixon said “Radyr is a very sought after suburb and extremely popular with families. The iPads offer a great opportunity for young people with an eye to the future, to get a foothold in a community while apartments and houses are set to appeal to a wide range of buyers.

“When it comes to transport, it is a very easy journey into Cardiff, with the station providing trains on both the Valley and City lines.”

Radyr - the childhood home of much loved children’s writer Roald Dahl, overlooks the city. It is also known for the popularity of its secondary school, Radyr Comprehensive. Children travel from all over Cardiff to attend the 1,400 plus pupil school.

Vale Meadow iPads prices range from £129,995 to £135,995 with further details of prices due for release shortly.
