Buyers rush to launch of iPads at Cardiff Central

The first release of iPads for buyers in Cardiff Bay has been a huge success for Barratt Homes with potential buyers learning more about the homes at a special launch evening in the city. Potential buyers joined Barratt Homes at the Wales Millennium Centre for the chance to be among the first to reserve one of these innovative starter homes in Cardiff Bay.

On the night 30 iPads were released – the first phase of the development with prices starting at £119,995. In total 76 iPads will be built at iPads@Cardiff Central.

“This was our first opportunity to reveal details and prices of iPads@Cardiff Central and we have been delighted with the level of interest,’’ said Sales Director Sandra Dixon.

“We have had more than 700 enquiries about the development and with the first reservations now being taken we are looking at a great success here.’’

She said the level of interest illustrates the huge demand for affordable one-bedroom properties in the city, and the location of these new homes has given the development an early boost.
