TV chef cooks up treat for Barratt at Llandaff Grove Award-winning TV chef Antony Worrall Thompson will be marking St David's Day in style with a special Welsh gastro-display at Barratt's Llandaff Grove development in Cardiff.

Worrall Thompson, one of the country's most recognisable chefs and restaurateurs, will be putting on three cookery demonstrations in one of the luxury show apartments at Llandaff Grove, showing off the generously proportioned open kitchens and contemporary designs.

Passionate about organic farming, AWT or Wozza as he is affectionately known, has insisted on using locally grown produce so there will be none of the witchetty grubs or fish eyes that he encountered during his time in the Australian jungle with 'I'm a Celebrity'.

Instead, visitors to Llandaff Grove on March 1st can expect to see AWT work his magic on some produce before they take a tour around one of the exclusive showhomes that have proved so popular since they were launched in September.

Llandaff Grove, situated between the villages of Canton and Pontcanna, was designed to offer contemporary apartment living in a rural setting. In addition to the 24 new homes there is a gym for residents, private parking and easy access to the city centre.

Barratt Sales Director Sandra Dixon said a cooking demonstration would prove irresistible among their target market.

"Llandaff Grove is an exclusive development of luxury apartments so Antony Worrall Thompson will perfectly encapsulate what this development is all about. We are really looking forward to having him on site and can't wait to see what he conjures up from the very best of locally grown produce."

One and two bedroom apartments priced between £174,000 and £289,995 are available at Llandaff Grove. Special offers include stamp duty paid and carpets fitted - available on selected properties. Prices are inclusive of private parking within a gated setting.
