Mortgage subsidy on homes at Vale Meadows Barratt is currently offering a £500 monthly mortgage subsidy on homes at its new Vale Meadows development in Radyr near Cardiff. “We are committed to providing affordable homes and this is one of many Barratt initiatives designed to help people buy a new property,” reports Sandra Dixon, Barratt Sales Director.

“The £500 monthly mortgage subsidy runs for two years and is available to buyers who are able to proceed immediately.

“Although it is ideal for first-time buyers, the subsidy is available to anyone,” she continued. “People can be £500 a month better off and enjoy the benefits of living in a brand new home.”

Vale Meadows enjoys a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Cardiff and offers a wide selection of homes – from iPad apartments to five-bedroom detached houses.

Current availability includes two-bedroom coach houses priced from £179,995; three-bedroom semi-detached houses priced from £229,995 and five-bedroom detached houses priced from £449,995. Three-storey townhouses are also available, with prices ranging from £254,000 to £269,995.

Radyr is famous as the childhood home of the acclaimed children’s writer, Roald Dahl. It is also known for the popularity of its secondary school, Radyr Comprehensive, and children from the Cardiff and surrounding area travel miles to attend it.
