Barratt releases new iPads in Cardiff

New iPads are set for release at Barratt's Ty Glas Square development in Llanishen near Cardiff on Saturday May 10, opening up new opportunities for first time buyers to get an all important foot on the property ladder.

The one bed apartments, designed especially by Barratt to be affordable, have proved popular since the show home was opened and already half the iPads in the first block have been sold.

In all, four blocks with a total of 96 iPads - some of them with two bedrooms - will become available over the next few months.

With prices starting at £129,995 for a ground floor iPad, the stylish apartments make creative use of space and include a living/dining area, separate double bedroom, fully-fitted kitchen and a bathroom.

The iPads have attracted an enthusiastic response among young buyers and according to the Barratt sales team on site, the show home decorated in a modern trendy style, received the desired ‘wow' reaction, to capture their imaginations and accelerate the decision-making process.

"We knew that the iPad would prove a great concept in South Wales but the scale of this success has exceeded all expectations and we are confident this level of interest will continue until the sales of all four blocks are completed,'' said Sales Director Sandra Dixon.
