New iPads launched in Cardiff

26th May 2008 Print
New iPads launched in Cardiff Barratt is celebrating the success of its Ty Glas Square development in Cardiff where just a few traditional homes are still available and a new release of iPads has recently been launched. "When we first started this development in Llanishen we knew the location and the specification would be real winners with potential buyers but the success and the speed of sales have exceeded our expectations,'' said Barratt Sales Director Sandra Dixon.

The development began with the launch of a range of traditional homes and a real community has now been created with the homes set in peaceful surroundings and a landscaped setting.

Barratt's innovative iPads were then also introduced to this popular location with sales quickly confirming this as a winning combination for first time buyers and also investors.

"We now have just a few of the traditional houses still remaining including the three bedroom Norbury and impressive five bedroom Malvern,'' said Sandra.

The Norbury is a three storey townhouse priced from £269,995 and the design incorporates a living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor while on the first floor are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

On the second floor is the main bedroom with space for a dressing area and ensuite facilities.

"The layout is perfect to meet so many needs,'' said Sandra. "The top floor is ideal as a master bedroom suite allowing children to have their own dedicated floor while for those who regularly entertain, the top floor can be used to accommodate guests in luxury.''

Arranged over three storeys and with four bathrooms, the five bedroom Malvern is proving popular for those wanting more space.

It comes with the rare splendour of four bath or shower rooms, including luxury en-suites with two of the bedrooms. Two large bedrooms on the top floor are further served by a spacious shower room. Adjoining the kitchen on the ground floor is a utility room making the Malvern an unusually spacious and well-equipped home, tailor made for families large or small.

In addition to the traditional homes, a new phase of innovative iPads has just been launched at Ty Glas Square

In all, four blocks with a total of 96 one bedroom iPads will become available over the next few months.

With prices starting at ?136,995 for a ground floor iPad, the stylish apartments make creative use of space and include a living/dining area, separate double bedroom, fully-fitted kitchen and a bathroom.

A spacious open-plan kitchen comes complete with integrated oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge and freezer while a private balcony provides additional amenity space.
