Keeping it in the company

7th October 2008 Print
Keeping it in the company For Technical Manager Rhodri Williams and Assistant Quantity Surveyor Rhodri Owen, buying a house from the company they work for was the natural choice and a great endorsement for the brand.

Both members of staff have recently moved into new homes, which were built by their employer, Charles Church Wales. Mr Williams works in Charles Church's technical department and therefore had a chance to cast his eye over the plans for any developments in Wales before he chose where he'd like to live. He said: "I bought my apartment as the development is in a great location and everything you need for day-to-day life is within walking distance. The apartment has the benefit of being both a short drive away from where I work in Cardiff and very near to open countryside."

Mr Owen, who has worked for Charles Church for more than a year and a half, and his fiancé Lydia moved up from a one bedroom flat in the suburbs of Cardiff to a three bedroom semi detached house.

"There were many things that made me want to buy a house from my employer," he explains. "Firstly, I knew what the Charles Church brand stood for and knew that I would be buying a house which would be of the highest specification and of an excellent finish. I was also attracted to the location of the development I bought from - it is so close to work that when the sun is shining, I can walk in from home which is something I couldn't do before."

Katherine Faull, Sales and Marketing Director for Charles Church Wales, says: "This approbation by two members of staff is just testament to the Charles Church brand for having the name on the finest homes. We couldn't ask for a better endorsement than two employees buying a product that they themselves are aiming to sell. We hope they are both happy in their new Charles Church homes."

Charles Church has developments all over the south of Wales. For more details visit charleschurch.com.
