CALA Homes (Midlands) has started work on a new exclusive development of luxury houses in Balsall Common. The Birmingham-based, award winning, premium housebuilder is building three large, five-bedroom, executive, detached houses at a development known as The Paddocks, at 152 Kenilworth Road in Balsall Common.
