Miller’s mini mortgage mission

Miller’s mortgage pledge, available on a range of homes at its St Peters development in Rugby, will leave buyers £12,000 better off with cash left over for the finer things in life – exotic holidays, fast cars, designer clothes or city breaks. The more practical purchaser can of course put the money to better use – towards their pension, in the bank or towards school fees.
Linda Androlia, sales director for Miller Homes, said; “A lot of people are finding it increasingly difficult to live the lifestyle they want with the income they have. Rising interest rates and growing utility bills have really taken their toll on many British families and we wanted to do something to help.
“With this deal we are ensuring that people can not only meet their monthly mortgage payments – but they should have some money left over to enjoy too.”
Miller Homes – recently voted Housebuilder of the Year by industry peers – is to offer the deal at most of its live developments across the region, including St Peters in Rugby. The offer will be limited to key plots and is subject to availability.
Featuring a mix of three, four and five bedroom family homes alongside one and two bedroom apartments, the St Peters Road development caters for a wide range of customers.
Linda Androlia added; “The development has an equal split of spacious family homes, which are very much in demand here, and stylish, contemporary apartments – perfect for first time buyers and young professionals.
“The town of Rugby is fast becoming one of the most sought after locations in the West Midlands, thanks in part to the exciting plans for the redevelopment of the town centre to provide a much improved retail and leisure offering. Rugby’s selection of excellent public and private schools have also added to its popularity.”
