“I would struggle to say how much money we have now made through this initiative but we earn £25 for every viewing and £75 whenever the sale of another Burleigh goes through. With quite a few people knocking on our doors, we must have made a at least a few hundred pounds by now” adds Caroline.

Gary adds: “We have two young children aged nine and eight (Grace and Ben), so these frequent payments from Persimmon help us with their pocket money. It takes no effort on our part to show people round our home, so we are happy to be able to help.”

He continues: “We moved into our home last year and we love the extra space it gives us. We enjoy our peace and quiet on the first floor, whilst the children are living above us. It has also been so easy to have friends round as we can offer them two guest bedrooms with the use of their own bathroom.”
