Award winning housebuilder Barratt Mercia has re-introduced its innovative ‘Dream Start’ scheme, at its Park View development on Woodway Lane in Coventry, in order to help key-workers to get that first step on to the property ladder.

The Dream Start scheme means that key workers such as doctors, nurses, police and fire officers, along with those on a tight budget such as first time buyers, can move into a brand new Barratt home for only 75 per cent of the purchase price, whilst still owning a full 100 per cent of the property.
