Barratt launches new development in Coventry

Situated on Watery Lane in Keresley, award-winning housebuilder Barratt Mercia has acquired a site of 2.3 acres, on which it is currently building a range of apartments and family homes.

The development, to be named Brookfields is located on the site of a former bus depot, helping to regenerate the area to create a beautiful community of just 37 one-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Brookfields is expected to attract both couples and families alike with its peaceful location.
