Barratt launches new development in Coventry

The development, to be named Brookfields is located on the site of a former bus depot, helping to regenerate the area to create a beautiful community of just 37 one-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Brookfields is expected to attract both couples and families alike with its peaceful location.
Chris Ashmore Sales Director for Barratt said, “Situated on a quiet country lane, adjacent to a small brook named Hall Brook Culvert and open farmland, Brookfields is a quiet oasis, a retreat from the bustling life of Coventry, which is still just four miles from the development. Brookfields is close to some excellent schools and local amenities in Keresley and we have had a very positive response to the plans for this development from local people and potential buyers.
“We have a long history of building high quality new homes in the Coventry area and Brookfields will add to our extensive portfolio which currently boasts three other major projects near by. We also have a fifth Coventry scheme planned for the New Year in Lythalls Lane.”
Brookfields will open to the public on Friday 23rd November from 4pm until 8pm, where a brand new showhome will also be unveiled, offering homehunters their first glimpse of this exciting development.
The first homes will be available to move in by December 2007. Prices will be available on the evening of the launch.
