A recipe for success in Rugby

15th September 2008 Print
A recipe for success in Rugby The picturesque Miller Homes development of St Peters in Rugby is celebrating success now its first block of apartments is fully occupied. The series of 12 luxury one and two bedroom apartments went up for sale at the end of last year, and after a flurry of interest from keen house hunters, have become the first block of apartments on the scheme to reach full occupancy.

The St Peters show apartment has proved popular with visitors as it aims to help house buyers visualise how their Miller home could look before committing to a reservation. As well as encouraging sales, this helps buyers to make an informed decision about the exact style and layout of home they are looking for.

Linda Androlia, sales director for Miller Homes, said; "Since opening, the show apartment has enjoyed a wealth of interest from house buyers looking for modern loft-style living.

"Those that are still interested in apartments on the scheme need to get their skates on as plots are selling fast on the remaining two blocks."

The stylish sets of nine and three apartments, named The Hoton and The Quorn, offer contemporary living in various two bedroom layouts, all with en-suite, spacious master bedrooms and private allocated parking. Plots in both blocks are also currently available to buy off plan, meaning that a buyer can choose to add their own finishing touches to a home before moving in.

Linda added; "To help buyers even further, we are offering our great new MiWay scheme on all apartments and selected homes at St Peters, which will give house buyers a much needed boost in today's market."

Under the new scheme, buyers are offered the chance to pay 75% now, 25% later on a new Miller Home, putting eager house hunters in a much better position when applying for finance. Also on offer is Miller's revolutionary MHX part exchange scheme, allowing home owners to alleviate the tiresome process of selling their home, and let Miller take care of the hard work and alleviate costly estate agents fees.

Homes at St Peters are available from £109,950 for a two bedroom apartment and from £174,950 for a three bedroom townhouse. For more information, log on to Millerhomes.co.uk.
