New apartments in Warwick are just what the doctor ordered!
Doctor Matt Smith swapped Leamington for “wonderful Warwick” after snapping up a canal side designer apartment and benefiting from what he describes as “probably the best service in the property industry”! Mr Smith (age 31) bought his first place, a waterside two bedroom ‘Dorchester’ apartment, from Laing Homes at The Arena on Lower Cape Road after renting in neighbouring Leamington for some years, but the current reduction in property prices presented him with a deal too good to ignore – and exposed him to service levels way above the norm and far beyond the call of duty.

There’s a real community feel here and I have talked to lots of the other neighbours, who have also bought here because of the superior location and service levels. I’ll never tire of that view and my partner and I, Laura, just love watching the narrow boats drift by - it’s very peaceful and therapeutic.”
