RMIF signs up RAC Service & MOT Centre

17th February 2009 Print
The first ever RAC Service and MOT Centre has signed up to join the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF), the trade association for the retail motor sector that represents 8,000 businesses in the UK.

The RAC Service and MOT Centre, based in Norwich opened 18 months ago and continues to go from strength to strength.

RMIF members must adhere to a code of conduct as a condition of membership, which makes RMIF membership a sign of quality for consumers to watch out for.

Commenting on their membership Glenn Smith, General Manager of the Whiffler Road-based outlet said: ‘I believe that RMIF membership will benefit our business, as well as our customers, making it a double-win. The RMIF’s ethos is an excellent match for the strong RAC brand, and we believe we will work well together.’

Sue Robinson, RMIF Director commented: ‘Businesses that belong to the RMIF gain a great degree of support through their membership. Membership is also seen by consumers as a sign of quality, so further reinforces the strong customer care that the centre will provide.’
