A high flying pair of Management Consultants have relocated to Rugby after falling in love with David Wilson East Midlands exquisite The Coppice development on Buchanan Road.

Matthew Francis and his fiancée Olga Budanova were living in a two- bedroom apartment in Surrey but felt a move further north would enable them to buy a much bigger home for their money.

"We love entertaining so the open plan dining room and kitchen is perfect for when we have friends over, I really like the double doors which lead off the dining room onto our garden too. We've also converted the third bedroom into an office which is handy as we both work from home on occasions, and means we have a separate work space away from our living area."
