David Wilson celebrates shopping centre opening

The flagship Asda superstore will be the first to welcome eager shoppers when it opens its doors this Monday, the 22nd June, and is one of some 17 retail units that make up the state of the art Swan Centre.
The new shopping centre is the latest in a long line of re-generation projects that aim to improve Rugby’s facilities and help to secure its status as one of the most sought after places to live in the Midlands.
Philip Lacey, Sales Director at David Wilson comments “The opening of the new shopping centre marks a significant stage in the re-development of Rugby town centre so to celebrate this special occasion we are giving away £100 Asda vouchers to anyone who reserves at the Oaklands this weekend to spend in the new store.
“This is just part of a massive re-generation project currently being carried out in the town which is set to bring more jobs, better transport links and amenities to Rugby that will make it an even more desirable place to live.”
Oaklands is currently the only development by David Wilson East Midlands in Rugby. It offers the region’s homebuyers a stunning selection of one-, two-, three-, four- and five- bedroom homes in a pleasing location on the edge of the town.
Prices at the development start from £84,995.
