A fresh new development for Coventry

The fresh new development called Zest which is situated on Exhall Road in Keresley, is being officially opened to the public on Saturday 12th September at 12pm.
Homebuyers are being invited to come along and celebrate the launch where they will have the chance to get the first glimpse of the homes available along with three brand new showhomes and the chance to enjoy some delicious food and bubbly.
The Queensville, Kingsville and Maidstone are all three-bedroom showhomes and have been stylishly designed using a bright and zesty colour palette of lemon, lime and orange, so visitors may not need their sun cream, but they shouldn’t forget their sunglasses.
The selection of sunny homes is the second development from Barratt Mercia to be built in Coventry in the past two years following the housebuilder’s highly successful Brookfields development which was situated on Watery Lane, also in Keresley.
Julia Chapman, Sales Manager for Barratt Mercia commented, “Coventry is a key area for us and so following the success of Brookfields, we are very excited to be once again building in the region.
“Following a very successful pre-launch in early July, we are now pleased to invite homebuyers to the official development opening this Saturday 12th September where they will be able to celebrate with bubbly and complementary nibbles.
“What’s more, visitors will also have the chance to be the first to view the brand new showhomes which have been designed using citrus colours such as lemon, lime and orange. So visitors may not need their sun cream to enjoy these homes, but sunglasses are recommended!”
Zest is situated in a semi-rural location, whilst still being less than a 15 minute drive to Coventry City Centre which offers a very wide selection of shops, amenities and leisure facilities. The M6 is also within easy reach, meaning that Birmingham City Centre is just half an hour away.
Once complete, Zest will offer a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments and three- and four -bedroom houses.
The Queensville and Kingsville style three-bedroom houses are both generously laid out over three floors. The open plan kitchen and family room along with a study/fourth bedroom sit on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the living room and master bedroom with en-suite whilst two further bedrooms and main bathroom are situated on the second floor.
The Maidstone style three-bedroom home offers kitchen/dining room, living room, en-suite to the master bedroom, two further bedrooms and family bathroom.
