A fresh new development for Coventry

We may still be waiting for summer to arrive, but homebuyers in Coventry are being told not to forget their sunglasses when they visit the launch of Barratt Mercia’s brand new development.

The fresh new development called Zest which is situated on Exhall Road in Keresley, is being officially opened to the public on Saturday 12th September at 12pm.

Homebuyers are being invited to come along and celebrate the launch where they will have the chance to get the first glimpse of the homes available along with three brand new showhomes and the chance to enjoy some delicious food and bubbly.

The selection of sunny homes is the second development from Barratt Mercia to be built in Coventry in the past two years following the housebuilder’s highly successful Brookfields development which was situated on Watery Lane, also in Keresley.
