Liskerrett Vale provides first home for young couple

With a wedding planned for next October, Caroline Dellanno, 25, and Andy Border, 26, thought it would be quite a while before they joined the property ladder. Caroline said: "We were living at my parent's restaurant, The Hayloft, in Liskeard and had been there for two years. We were looking to rent a property in Plymouth, but it didn't seem like good value for money and then my dad mentioned it might be worth visiting Midas Homes' development.

"Well that was it," she said, "I fell in love with our home straight away, but assumed we wouldn't be able to afford it. Carole, the Sales Advisor, was fantastic and she put me in touch with New Homes Mortgage Helpline, who were able to find us a mortgage that we could afford."

Andy works for St Mellion and Caroline works at her parents' restaurant, The Hayloft. She has also started her own wedding planning business, Viola Wedding Services, which means her own wedding should be planned to perfection!

"I love our home, especially because it's brand new," Caroline added. "I love the fact that it's only ever been our home and no-one has ever lived here before. It's open plan and has a lovely balcony, with beautiful views overlooking the gardens.

"We've been so pleased with our whole experience. We moved at the end of June and both the Sales and the Customer Service team have been fantastic. We've recommended Liskerrett Vale to our family and friends and hope some of them will become our new neighbours!"
