Ryanair slams Depratment for Transport
Ryanair, has questioned why it was not invited to take part in yesterday morning’s meeting called by the Department for Transport to discuss security restrictions at UK airports.Commenting today, Ryanair’s Head of Communications Peter Sherrard said:
"Ryanair operates 226 routes from 21 UK airports and carries more passengers than either British Airways or Easyjet. By failing to invite Ryanair to take part in today’s security meetings, the Department for Transport is unjustly turning a blind eye to the millions of passengers flying with Ryanair through UK airports".
