Ryanair celebrates busiest ever month

Ryanair, Europe's largest low fares airline, today (Wednesday, 5th September 2007) celebrated its busiest ever month, having carried over 4.8 million passengers during August.

Speaking today, Ryanair's Peter Sherrard said:

"Ryanair is the passengers' favourite, and last month we carried 55% more passengers than BA. To celebrate, Ryanair is giving away 6 million free* seats (just pay £10 taxes and charges), and we advise passengers to log onto Ryanair.com immediately to snap up a bargain".
