BVRLA launches new website

6th March 2009 Print
The BVRLA has launched a new website, giving members greater online access to its information, products and services. The new site aims to represent the vehicle rental and leasing industry and support the association’s efforts to promote responsible road transport.

With 50% fewer pages than its predecessor, the association has distilled a huge array of content into a more accessible format that is easier to find and read.

Using iconic imagery, bright colours and an easy-to-use navigation menu, the revamped site also gives businesses and consumers jargon-free advice on how to obtain the safest, most cost and fuel-efficient vehicles for their needs.

“This new site will raise the profile of the BVRLA and the vehicle rental and leasing industry among policymakers, professional advisers, businesses and consumers,” said chief executive John Lewis.

“We hope the new design will inspire more members to use the site and give us feedback on industry issues and the services we provide.”

Later this year the addition of a new online membership system and booking engine will allow members to update their own details, purchase BVRLA publications and services and sign-up for training courses and events.

The new BVRLA site was developed with the help of web development company e-mango and design agency Sherry.
