Christmas comes early for Belfast with Ryanair

Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline, has brought Christmas early to Belfast by releasing 100,000 seats for just £5 including taxes and charges.

Speaking this morning in Belfast, Ryanair’s CEO Michael O’Leary said;

“Belfast City has snapped up Europe’s guaranteed lowest fares on all four Ryanair new routes to East Midlands, Glasgow, Liverpool and London. With over 150,000 bookings to date, it is clear that Northern Irish consumers love our guaranteed lowest fares.

“In the coming year 750,000 passengers will fly Ryanair to and from Belfast City airport. These passengers will generate a tourism spend of over £100m, sustaining 750 local jobs.

“Today we are giving away 100,000 flights for just £5 including taxes on our Belfast routes and we urge passengers to book now on Ryanair.com, as this offer must end at midnight on Thursday”.
