Ryanair reports satisfied customers
Ryanair has welcomed today’s European Consumer Centre survey showing just over 600 complaints from over 60 million passengers who fly with Irish airlines annually. Less than 10 complaints are made for every 1 million passengers carried by Ryanair.This small level of complaints is a direct result of Ryanair’s policies of guaranteeing the lowest fares, guaranteeing no fuel surcharges, delivering the best punctuality, the lowest number of lost bags and the fewest cancellations of any airline in Europe.
Welcoming the ECC’s figures today, Ryanair’s Peter Sherrard said;
“This year Ryanair has grown by 10 million passengers to over 50 million. The ECC received just over 400 complaints about Ryanair which equates to just 8 letters for every 1 million passengers carried by Ryanair. This is less than 10 complaints a week.
“Ryanair’s continuing record growth proves that European consumers love Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest fares, unbeatable punctuality and customer service. We welcome the ECC’s confirmation of these facts”.
