Ryanair calendar stocks stripped bare

19th December 2007 Print
Ryanair has offered it’s thanks to Facua, whose complaint that the Girls of Ryanair Calendar is too sexy, has rocketed sales of the calendar across the globe, to countries as far afield as Australia, the Cayman Islands, Chile, Iraq, Japan and the US.

The calendar has now sold out on Ryanair.com, leaving just a handful of remaining copies for sale on flights across Europe.

Speaking today, Ryanair’s Head of Communications, Peter Sherrard said:

“The Girls of Ryanair 2008 calendar stocks have well and truly been stripped bare since we pointed out to the FACUA prudes that Ryanair is defending the right of women to take their clothes off. We look forward to delivering a massive Christmas present to the charity Angels Quest, who will receive all the proceeds from the calendar sales, and would like to thank Facua for their contribution to this worthy cause.

“Passengers who missed out on the Ryanair calendar on-line can still try their luck on our flights where they’ll have the added advantage of being looked after by Europe’s best and sexiest cabin crew.”
