Ryanair reports record St Patrick's Day bookings

Ryanair has announced that a record 1 million passengers are set to enjoy the lowest fares guaranteed with Ireland’s national airline over Paddy’s weekend, a 20% increase on last year.

Speaking today, Ryanair’s Head of Communications, Peter Sherrard said:

“Ireland’s national airline is the only way to travel on Paddy’s Day, and over 1 million passengers have already snapped up Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest fares over the bank holiday weekend. Irish passengers have voted with their feet and are abandoning Aer Lingus’s high fares in favour of the lowest fares and the best punctuality on Ryanair’s 135 routes to/from Ireland.”
