Ryanair slashes ski travel from Birmingham

Ryanair yesterday announced that it was slashing its fares on ski routes from Birmingham as it launched 10,000 £1 seats, including taxes and charges, on ski routes to Cuneo (Alps), Perpignan, Stockholm (Skavsta) and Oslo (Torp) for travel in January, February and March.

Ryanair launched it seat sale at the Snowdome in Tamworth, Birmingham, to highlight that it has never been cheaper to leave the training slopes of Birmingham behind and head for Europe’s most exciting piste.

Ryanair warned that with fares this low, it expects the £1 seats to go fast as it urged passengers to log on to ryanair.com to snap up these £1 (including taxes and charges) fares.

Launching Birmingham’s lowest-ever ski seats, Ryanair’s Lesley Kane said: “Ryanair guarantees to get passengers straight to the slopes for less than any other airline this winter.
