TRL Software heads down under

TRL Software has added to its sales network by signing an agreement with Connell Wagner to be the sole distributor of TRANSYT, in Australia and New Zealand.

TRANSYT is TRL’s leading traffic signalling modelling software and provides traffic engineers with an investigative tool for the design of various types of signalised junctions. Its unique capabilities include modelling and production of outputs for multiple junctions, signalised roundabouts and bus and tram movements, including priority measures.

“This ground-breaking technology will offer our clients immediate access to world-class modelling solutions to address multiple and diverse transportation and infrastructure planning needs. As the centre of excellence in the use of this product, our goal is to get this outstanding technology out into the marketplace, delivering superior benefits immediately” said Brad Moyes, Connell Wagner’s Group General Manager of Transportation.

Connell Wagner will also provide comprehensive training to users of the software.

This latest addition to TRL’s list software distributors is yet one more example of the expanding list of countries where the company’s software is now available. Most recently, America, Canada and Korea came on stream.
